Image Use Policy
The photos and other images on this website belong to Fitwin Studio and to the people shown in them. Photos of people are published with their permission, solely for use on this website and on Fitwin Studio’s official accounts.
What is not allowed
Without Fitwin Studio’s written permission, the images on this website may not be:
- downloaded, copied or reproduced by taking screenshots or screen recordings,
- used, shared or distributed on another website, social media account, advertisement or printed material,
- cropped, edited or combined with other images,
- used to generate new images, videos or similar content with artificial intelligence tools,
- used to train artificial intelligence models, or in datasets or facial recognition systems.
Legal basis
Images of people are protected under Article 86 of the Turkish Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 and Article 24 of the Turkish Civil Code No. 4721. Images of identified or identifiable people are personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. In case of unauthorised use, Fitwin Studio and the people shown reserve all their rights to take legal action.
Permission and reports
To use an image, you can request written permission via the e-mail address on our contact page. If you notice an image being used without permission, or would like a photo of yourself removed from our website, please contact us at the same address.
